LAST DAY TO PICK UP AWARDS IS FRIDAY, OCT. 21st.

We want to thank everyone for coming out to enjoy
a gorgeous day to "hammer the hills" with us!
A lot of fun was had with the record number of people,
which means a record amount of money raised for
Central S.C. Habitat for Humanity to build homes in the Cayce/West Columbia area.

Why?  100% of the proceeds of the Habitat for Humanity Run/Walk goes to support the Central South Carolina Habitat for Humanity to build homes in the Cayce/West Columbia area. An added benefit is to increase awareness of Habitat for Humanity, a world-wide, Christian organization that works in partnership with God and people everywhere to build decent, affordable houses in which people can live and grow into all that God intended. Habitat for Humanity challenges people of compassion to provide support - through tax-deductible donations, no-interest loans and volunteer labor - to build or renovate simple, decent houses for the inadequately sheltered. Construction is a partnership venture between volunteers and future homeowners. Houses are sold at no-profit and with a no-interest mortgage paid over a 15- to 25-year period. House payments are recycled into a fund for Humanity used to build more houses.

Where? Start and finish lines are at Providence Presbyterian Church, 1112 Hummingbird Drive, West Columbia, South Carolina. The 10K and 5K courses run through the vista-filled, friendly neighborhood behind Providence Presbyterian Church - between Hwy. 378 and the Saluda River, along rolling hills, long creeks and beautiful scenery.

Pancake breakfast:
For those of you have an affinity to food, and when the menu is a dealbreaker for you, take a look at what we'll be serving on Saturday at the post-race breakfast for all participants and their families:

The breakfast is available for participants and their families on a first come, first serve basis -- until we run out.

Even though the breakfast is free, donations at the serving area will be gladly accepted.

Be a special guest at our V.I.P. table at the post-race pancake breakfast!
(seating is limited)
A few tickets are still available to sit at the V.I.P. table where you get a little extra-special treatment, as well as a gold hammer if you purchase a $100 ticket. Other ticket levels are also available. Click below on "buy tickets" and then click on the [+] beside each ticket level to find out what you can get with each ticket level.
